HANDS ON MIXOLOGY CLASS

In this immersive workshop, attendees will learn how to make cocktails utilizing all of the traditional bar tools required to do so. The class starts off with a welcome drink that has already been prepared and ready to serve, then will go into the guided portion of the class where our experienced bar professional will give step-by-step instructions on how to create both shaken and stirred non-alcoholic cocktails. Guests will also learn about relevant product details, such as the difference between built and dealcoholized beer, wine and spirits, functional or adaptogenic beverages, and the implementation of zero proof spirits into classic cocktails for lower ABV options. *class size limited to 20 people*

NON-ALC DEMONSTRATION

If you’d like to have the cocktail workshop experience for a larger group, the demo class is a great option. This workshop offers the same guided structure of the hands-on cocktail class, but instead of the attendees making the drinks alongside the instructor, they view the process demonstrated by our bar professional and are served the cocktails in a pre-batched format. There is no cap on headcount attendance for the demonstration class option.
